r2c Online has been selected as a representative IT supplier to join the Earned Recognition panel at the IRTE Conference 2018 on 27th September.
The panel aims to reveal honest industry thoughts and opinions on the scheme, with benefits and drawbacks being discussed with the audience. r2c will be providing compliance expert advice and insights.
DVSA’s Earned Recognition scheme was officially launched in April with more than 60 operators taking part in the pilot. r2c have since become the IT supplier of choice for many Earned Recognition operators taking part in the live scheme.
DVSA now has ambitious plans to sign up 10% of the total UK HGV and PSV fleet onto the scheme by April 2019, as part of the Department for Transport’s wider digital strategy. To take part, operators must be using an Earned Recognition IT provider to process compliance and maintenance data.
The panel will cover varied perspectives of the DVSA scheme, with Dave Rowlands from Wincanton and Ian Luckett from Lucketts Travel speaking of their experiences as operators, Keith Gray from FTA as an auditor and Tim Griffiths from r2c Online as an IT supplier.
r2c offer a comprehensive digital Earned Recognition platform, with the ability to import off-platform data and inclusive DVSA KPI reports. Their ‘Exemplar’ software is offered alongside a dedicated Earned Recognition support service to help operators smoothly and easily transition to digital best practice compliance.
Nick Walls, Managing Director at r2c Online, commented, “We’re delighted to be selected to join the IRTE Conference panel. We’re continually working with the DVSA to refine and evolve our Earned Recognition software and service so that we can make it easy for operators to join. We’re very much looking forward to sharing our experiences and taking part in an honest and open discussion on the scheme.”
