LoadFox On Course For Europe With Maps Of The PTV Group.

Thanks to its intelligent algorithm, the technology start-up LoadFox has long since combined part loads into profitable tours, not only in Germany. Since last year, many forwarders and carriers in Poland have already become part of the network, now the expansion to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands will follow. For this purpose, Loadfox joins forces with the PTV Group, whose map material is integrated on the LoadFox platform.

With the PTV Group we can significantly expand our range of services in the European market. France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are important hubs for international logistics,” says Sebastian Sorger, CEO of LoadFox. PTV Group is the world market leader in the development of intelligent software solutions, integrated traffic concepts and has many years of development experience in the areas of routing, route optimization and geomanagement. An important part of the product range is the PTV xServer: Geographical and logistical functions can be seamlessly integrated into the user’s system landscape via these developer components. By integrating them into LoadFox, the ‘ridesharing for freight’ can now expand its full-featured services to a large part of Western Europe and extend its service portfolio.

The digital solution has been very well received by the industry. “We are constantly gaining new partners and receive very positive feedback for our service. Following a successful start in Poland and Austria, companies in other European countries also want to benefit from our partner platform. We have now reacted to this demand,” adds Sebastian Sorger. It will then be possible in many European countries to fully utilise existing truck capacities instead of empty tours and thus reduce traffic and CO2 emissions thanks to LoadFox. The online platform with the extensive map material of the PTV Group will sequentially include further member countries of the European Union in the coming months.
