To support the rapid growth delivered in 2022 and the ambitious plans for the future, Moran Logistics has made further key senior appointments at the start of 2023.
Neil Fairbrother joins the Moran team as head of QHES, to drive continuous improvement in Moran’s comprehensive agendas in Quality, Health & Safety and ESG.
Neil is a qualified health and safety practitioner, has a background of risk management in warehousing and distribution and brings experience of developing and embedding a robust health and safety culture across a business.

Debs Newbery takes up the role of Head of HR at Moran, supporting a growing workforce and championing further improvements across the business to ensure Moran Logistics continues to be a great place to work and attracts the very best talent.
Debs comes to the Moran business with a wealth of experience in HR gained in PLC environments in both the UK and overseas markets.
Debs commented, “The opportunity to head up HR at Moran Logistics is exciting. Moran are growing well in the sector and sit as a Top 20 operator in temperature-controlled logistics. People are right at the heart of that success, so I am looking forward to bringing my experience to the organisation and building a fantastic future for our people.”
